The Sweet Side of Gökyüzü: Baklava, Künefe, and More

If you’ve eaten with us before, you’ll know how much we care about dessert. It’s not optional for some of us, it’s something we make with the same attention as every kebab, meze, or main dish.

Our Baklava is baked fresh every morning. We layer thin sheets of pastry with butter and crushed nuts, then pour a light syrup over once it’s out of the oven. It’s crisp, sweet, and made with our love for our guests.

The Künefe is made freshly everyday, straight from the grill to your table. We bake it until the outside turns golden and the cheese melts in the middle, then we finish it with syrup and a sprinkle of pistachio.

And if you prefer something softer, our Sütlaç is always a favourite. Creamy rice pudding with a golden top, cooked slowly for that classic flavour. It’s simple, but that’s why we love it and we hope you do too!
